Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Permit Solutions Services, LLC ("Permit Solutions") is committed to making the content on www.permitsolutions.us accessible to visitors with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
Measures we take
- Keyboard-operable navigation across the entire site.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Semantic landmark elements (header, main, footer) and one primary heading per page.
- Descriptive link text and accessible labels on icon-only buttons.
- Form fields with permanent visible labels and accessible error messaging.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA for text.
- Content that reflows and remains functional at 200% browser zoom.
- Support for `prefers-reduced-motion` — animated elements pause or become static for visitors who request reduced motion.
- Language attributes on English and Spanish pages so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
- Alternative text on informational images; empty alt text on decorative imagery so screen readers skip it.
Known limitations
We test the site regularly, but some limitations may remain. If you encounter one, please let us know so we can address it. Known areas we are actively improving:
- PDF documents linked from the site may not yet be fully accessible; we can provide an accessible alternative on request.
- Third-party embedded services (WhatsApp launcher, chat assistant) inherit their vendors' accessibility characteristics and may not be under our direct control.
Assistive-technology compatibility
The site is designed to work with the most current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) combined with modern assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), voice-control tools, and switch access.
How to request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty using the site or need content provided in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: help@permitsolutions.us
- Phone: 305-600-9422 (English or Spanish)
Please describe the page, the issue you encountered, and the assistive technology you were using. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where feasible, provide the requested information in an alternative format.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review the site against current standards and address issues as we identify them. This statement will be updated as our accessibility work evolves.
