Professional Services Disclaimer
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Permit Solutions Services, LLC ("Permit Solutions") is a Miami-based private firm that provides permit research, application, project coordination, municipal liaison, inspection coordination, and compliance-support services across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This disclaimer describes the scope of our services and the professional roles that typically appear in a real permit or compliance matter.
Who we are
Permit Solutions is a private business. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any city, county, building department, code-enforcement agency, property appraiser, clerk of courts, or other government entity. References to Miami-Dade County, Broward County, individual municipalities, the Florida Building Code, or statutory sections are descriptive references to public regulatory materials, not indications of any government affiliation.
What Permit Solutions does
- Property permit and violation research using municipal, county, and public records.
- Preparation and filing of permit applications, after-the-fact permit applications, and supporting materials.
- Coordination of engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors, and other licensed professionals engaged on a matter.
- Municipal liaison — communicating with plan reviewers, code-enforcement officers, and building officials on your behalf.
- Response to reviewer corrections, inspection scheduling, and inspection attendance.
- Written status reporting throughout the matter.
What Permit Solutions is NOT
- Not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, do not represent clients in a legal capacity, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal questions — including questions about liability, contract interpretation, litigation, or the recorded effect of liens — should be reviewed by qualified Florida legal counsel.
- Not a title company. We do not issue title searches, title commitments, title insurance, or lien guarantees. Title questions should be reviewed by a qualified Florida title professional.
- Not an appraisal firm. We do not perform property valuations or issue appraisal opinions.
- Not a property inspection firm. We do not perform buyer-side, insurance-underwriting, or four-point inspections unless a specific inspection is performed under an appropriately licensed professional engaged for that purpose.
- Not a licensed engineering or architecture firm. Engineering, architecture, surveying, and regulated design work are performed by separately engaged and appropriately licensed Florida professionals.
- Not a licensed regulated-trade contractor. Regulated trade work (general contracting, electrical, mechanical, roofing, and similar) is performed by separately engaged and appropriately licensed contractors. AllDay Fence, an affiliated company, performs fence work within its own licensed scope under Miami-Dade County CTQB Business Certificate of Competency #08BS00863.
- Not an insurance advisor. We do not advise on insurance carrier decisions, underwriting outcomes, or claim handling.
- Not a lender or lending advisor. We do not make lending decisions or predict lending outcomes.
- Not a municipality. We coordinate with municipalities but cannot bind, waive, expedite, or override any government decision.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee — and no statement on this website should be read as guaranteeing:
- Approval of any permit application.
- Passage of any inspection.
- The outcome of any code-enforcement hearing or Special Magistrate proceeding.
- The amount of any fine mitigation or the timing of any lien release.
- The timing or duration of any municipal review, correction cycle, or inspection queue.
- The outcome of any real estate transaction, refinance, or insurance-underwriting decision.
- The complete identification of every permit, violation, lien, or property condition affecting a property. Property research is limited to what is available in public and municipal records at the time of review, and records may be incomplete, delayed, or reflect other limitations outside our control.
Website content is general information
Information on this website — including service descriptions, insight articles, case studies, timelines, cost illustrations, FAQ content, and chat-assistant responses — is general in nature. It may not reflect your property, jurisdiction, code cycle, or matter. Verify current requirements with the applicable authority and retain qualified legal, title, engineering, architectural, tax, or insurance professionals for advice about your specific situation.
Case studies and outcomes
Case studies describe specific past matters. Every property, municipality, code issue, cost, and timeline is different. Prior outcomes do not guarantee future results.
Engagement
No engagement is created by contacting Permit Solutions through this website, by phone, or by messaging. An engagement begins only when Permit Solutions has reviewed the matter, confirmed scope, and accepted the work in writing.
