Scope of the Site
The Site provides information about Permit Solutions and its permit-resolution, code-compliance, and coordination services. Information on the Site is general in nature and may not reflect the specific requirements of your property, jurisdiction, or matter. No professional advice
Content on the Site is not legal, engineering, architectural, surveying, title, insurance, appraisal, tax, financial, or municipal advice. You should retain qualified professionals for advice about your specific circumstances and should verify current requirements with the applicable authority.
No engagement until accepted
Submitting a form, uploading a document, chatting with our intake assistant, contacting us by phone or WhatsApp, or otherwise reaching out through the Site does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when Permit Solutions has reviewed the matter, confirmed the scope, and accepted the work in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malware, or is intended to harass, defame, or defraud.

- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission.
Uploaded documents
By uploading documents through the Site, you represent that you have the legal right to submit them, that the documents do not violate any confidentiality obligation you owe to a third party, and that you have reviewed the documents for unnecessary sensitive content (Social Security numbers, banking data, passwords) that should be redacted before submission. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, code, layout, MyHausFax and HauScore trademarks, methodology documentation, case studies, and educational articles — is the property of Permit Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written consent. You may share links to individual pages for non-commercial purposes.
Third-party links and services
The Site may include links to third-party websites and services (including Miami-Dade County, Broward County, municipal building departments, the Florida Legislature, WhatsApp, and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Indemnification

Governing law and venue
