Cookie Notice
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This notice describes the cookies and similar technologies used on www.permitsolutions.us.
What cookies are
Cookies are small data files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your language preference — and to measure how visitors use the site.
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These support core site functionality — page navigation, language preference (English / Spanish), and secure form submission. Without them the site cannot function as intended.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FMHDF2XZF9) to understand aggregate visitor behavior — pages viewed, session duration, referral source, general geographic region, device category, and interaction events (button clicks, form starts, form submissions). GA4 is configured to avoid receiving personally identifying content (names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, or uploaded document contents). Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga, _ga_<ID>, and _gid. See Google's cookie information.
Cookies we do NOT use
- We do not sell your data or run behavioral-advertising cookies for ad targeting on other websites.
- We do not use social-network tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or similar).
Third-party services
The site links to and integrates with third-party services that may set their own cookies when you use them:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — for direct messaging, when you click the WhatsApp button.
- Google Analytics (Google) — for analytics as described above.
- Web3Forms — form submission processing.
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure.
These services operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.
How to control cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Consult your browser's help documentation for specifics. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality; blocking analytics cookies will not.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
